In our eighth episode, we reminisce about the legacy of Casey Kasem, congratulate the San Antonio Spurs on being the NBA Champions, and cover news about the World Cup.  We cover the new summer seasons of Suits, Graceland, and Pretty Little Liars.  We talk about Justice League casting news, the new Disney Channel Original Movie “The Descendants”, and Into the Woods getting the Disney treatment.  In our main discussion, we rehash the Teen Wolf season four premiere: the new characters, the new twists, and what we predict for the new season.  As always, we share our favorite “Ship Moments” and we share a new “Ship Moment” that we’ve never mentioned before.  Be sure to tune in for our next episode where we discuss the new Jersey Boys movie!

Episode 007 - “Broadway Baby”

In our seventh episode, our fandom news covers Ian Somerhalder’s possible exit from The Vampire Diaries and we recap Suits and Graceland, which will both be returning to the USA Network this week.  Kelly gives a small update on the new season of The Bachelorette with Andi Dorfman and the exit/death of contestant Eric Hill.  We talk casting news for Star Wars and Insurgent as well as celebrate the birth of Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas’ baby!  We talk about new characters coming to Once Upon A Time and send our thoughts to the recovering comedian Tracy Morgan after a serious car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike earlier this week.  Christina also shares her new obsession: Penny Dreadful.  Spoiler alert!  We talk about our favorite show, Teen Wolf and what to expect when Season 4 begins in two weeks!  In our main discussion, we talk about all things Broadway!  With both of us just having seen Broadway plays, we talk about the lessons to be learned from plays on the Great White Way from gender roles, racism, religious persecution, and much more.  We reminisce about the glory days of the movie musical and whether or not it will ever make a full comeback.  We talk about Broadway stars crossing over to the big screen and big screen stars lighting up Broadway.  We talk Glee and their influence on Broadway in pop culture, too.  As always, we share our Ship Moments with our listeners.  Be sure to tune into our next episode where we will be fresh from watching the season premiere of Teen Wolf and we’ll be discussing what we think will be coming in the season!
