Even though we couldn’t be there ourselves, we cover all the panels that we would have wanted to attend. In our fandom news, we announce release dates for Pirates of the Caribbean 5, The Amazing Spiderman 3, and The Sinister Six. We briefly discuss our shock and awe of the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer (and not in a good way). In our main discussion, we cover Benedict Cumberbatch’s Comic-Con debut at the Dreamworks Animation panel and we reminisce about our childhood while recapping The Giver panel. Christina geeks out over a brand-new NASA panel at Comic-Con and the announcement of missions to Mars being only a few decades away. We briefly talk about the Paramount Pictures panel before getting into our favorite: the Teen Wolf panel. We recap what’s coming up for the rest of the season and rejoice over the fact that there will be a season 5 with 20 episodes instead of the usual 12. Christina tells us all about the Hannibal and Penny Dreadful panels and we discuss casting decisions for The Walking Dead. Kelly fangirls over Daniel Radcliffe’s first appearance at Comic-Con for his new horror movie Horns and Christina doesn’t understand how this could possibly be Harry Potter’s first Comic-Con. We gush over the Marvel Television Presents panels covering Marvel’s Agent Carter and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We briefly chat about the 20th Century Fox panel covering upcoming projects like The Maze Runner, Let’s Be Cops, and Kingsman: The Secret Service. Christina contemplates that she might watch too much television while she talks to herself about Falling Skies and Vikings. Kelly finally gets a chance to talk about Arrow and The Flash, discussing crossover opportunities and the Amell cousins. Christina schools us on all things Dominion and Sleepy Hollow and updates us on the Warner Brothers Pictures panel that included Mad Max and Batman vs. Superman. Christina doesn’t understand why Kelly hates The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies and all things Lord of the Rings, but insists on fangirling about it anyway. We discuss the Once Upon A Time panel and Kelly gets way too excited about Frozen. Next, we chat about the Legendary Pictures panel including sequels to Pacific Rim and Godzilla. We talk about the Grimm panel, the Vampire Diaries panel and their adorable video to the fans, and we touch on the final True Blood panel at Comic-Con. Then it’s all about the Marvel Studios panel! We briefly question whether Ant-Man is even going to get done on time and we discuss the real stand-out of Comic-Con: The Avengers: Age of Ultron with the entire model-good-looks cast in attendance (except for pregnant Scarlett Johansson). Finally, we discuss our first love and what brought us together as friends, the Supernatural panel. We talk even more about the 200th episode and gush over the appearance by Osric Chau. We cannot go an episode without talking about the latest episode of Teen Wolf and we try to be brief in our discussion of the episode entitled IED. We talk about Parrish finally showing up on the Dead Pool list and the fact that he’s worth $5 million! Meredith’s back, Derek’s losing his powers, and the whole show is getting turned on its head! We share not only our “Ship Moments” but those shared by the members of the Teen Wolf cast at Comic-Con. Join us next week for our episode all about Zachary Levi’s Nerd HQ! This week’s featured music: “Growing Up” by The Maine “Quiet” by Jason Mraz
