The Artist: One Direction

The Song: "Happily"

Where you heard it first: Ever since my lovely co-host Christina left Orange County, I've been on a One Direction kick and finally started to listen to their albums all the way through.  This song was one of the ones I've never heard before that popped out at me.

Why it’s been stuck in your head: While I do not consider myself a Directioner at all, I do occasionally like their music.  That being said, I pretty much only enjoy their more upbeat songs and this song is definitely one of those.  It makes the listener smile and want to sing along to it, even if, like me, you don't know the words.

Why you recommend it to our listeners: Even if you're only the occasional One Direction listener like I am, I think you'll like this song.  As far as I know, it was never a big single for the band, but it certainly has the potential to be.  One Direction is one of those groups that reminds me of the good old days of 90's boy bands and that makes me happy.  Even though I'm almost 30, I still like listening to their fun, upbeat sound from time to time.
